Your Inner-gy Wellness Program is a 10 week (plus class time) intensive program to get you back on the right path to inner balance.


We are all born with the ability to self-heal, yet most of us aren't taught many (or any) skills during our childhood.  This program will offer you steps to assist  you to identify personal blockages, and suggestions on how to work through them. As well as maintaining ongoing progress in your personal evolvement.


We are all born with free-will, which sometimes, unknowningly, keeps us 'stuck' in the same loop of choices and unawareness.  When we are ready to release whatever doesn’t balance us, we find freedom in our everyday life, through new choices, embracing new opportunities, new awareness, releasing and making peace with the past, re-establishing personal boundaries, and so on.


The reason I decided to outline this in 10 weeks is because in numerology, the number 10 adds up to 1, which represents a new beginning.

Inner Wellness Program, Option 1

Week 1

Three hour Initial meet up, and introduction, which includes…

  1. Create a Personal Accountability Expectations (PAE) outline; which will include defining your preferences for self-healing timing (daily or weekly, and length of time)
  2. Recognize personal strengths and personal blockages
  3. Define joys in life, and personal stressors
  4. Chat about clearing out what doesn't belong to you; talking to your body; suggestions on self-care (and hand-out), 
  5. Schedule Reiki Level-I class.  Includes William Rand manual, hand outs, practice time, and certificate upon completion. (approx 8 hours) 
  6. Schedule Crystal Intro evening.  Includes hand outs, and a 7-chakra kit for personal crystal layouts, personal layout practice time. (approx 4 hours)
  7. Schedule De-Stressor Workshop (approx 2-3 hours)
  8. Schedule MTVSS Body Process Class (Approx 3-4 hours)

  1. One hour Reiki session
  2. Reiki offers the recipient the opportunity to relax on a deeper level, which in return, allow thebody/mind/spirit to self-heal.

  1. One hour Crystal session
              > Crystals are known to have their own magnificent balancing energy.  When we trust the flow working with crystals, they give us the opportunity to raise our vibration to their level, which allows us the opportunity to  self-heal. 
              > Crystal layout(s) suggestions for you to incorporate into your self-care regime. Available crystals will be supplied.

  1. One hour Access Bars session         
    > Access Bars is designed to balance judgments we may know we have and those we don’t know we have.            
    > Once balance has been accepted, these ‘buttons’ don’t own  us anymore and we allow self-healing to take place.
  2. Weekly check in

  1. One hour and a half for weekly check in, including
    > Half way point check in

  2. One hour for energy session of your body's choice

  1. A personal reading for potential life guidance, OR

Option 1: Inner Wellness 10 week Program package investment

The investment for the above Option 1 package is $2,000.00CDN for approximately 20 hours of time, not including class/workshop time.


A special rate of $1,875.00 is offered, when investment is paid in full, at the start of the program.


The full amount and/or the special rate will be adjusted depending on your present Reiki/Crystal certifications.

Option 2

Includes two classes (Reiki Level-I & Crystal Intro Workshop)


Your Inner Wellness 10 week program + Usui Reiki Level-I Certificate + Crystal Intro Workshop

  • Approximately 20 hours of sessions and Check-in time (not including class time) x $75/hr = $1,500.00
  • Reiki Level-I certification class (approx 8 hours)              = $250.00, including Reiki Manual, and hand outs
